Richard is responsible for marketing to Plantronics Enterprise and Contact Centre customers in EMEA. His expertise is in understanding customer’s current requirements and how these will change based on future trends. This insight enables him to successfully deliver new products, services and campaigns. His technical background enables him to evaluate new technologies and translate these into easy to understand, and relevant benefits for users and IT managers.
Richard has held prior roles in training, pre-sales and product management giving him full insight into all the interactions that customers have with a company’s products and services.
