Why Collaborate? An (Almost) A to Z

I wrote recently about the “what?” of collaboration, and laid out the four components of what collaboration is (action, outcome-orientation, communication, and agreements). Let’s turn our attention today to the Why? of collaboration. Here’s an (almost) A to Z of the “why” for collaboration.

I’m missing a “why?” for six of the letters. What should we put there?

I Need Your Help

I want to finish off the A-Z, but I’m stumped as to what to put in for the last six. Do you have any ideas for the last remaining letters? Please contribute your ideas below as comments, or on Twitter with the hashtag #whycollaborate. The suggestions we choose will receive a wireless headset from Plantronics … and then we’ll update the A-Z and acknowledge your contribution. Thanks!
