User Adoption Strategies for New Collaboration Technology (Part 1)

Lack of user adoption is a common issue when introducing new collaboration technology. In the Slidecast above, I talk about the situation with user adoption, and propose a model and set of strategies for user adoption. In Part 2, coming later this week, I talk through the results of a recent survey on the use and effectiveness of user adoption strategies, and share some case studies.

User adoption is a core interest in my professional work. I wrote a book on the topic.
